WELCOME,
I’m so glad you’re here.

One of the reasons I'm deeply passionate about the work I do is because I've been there. I know firsthand what it's like to confront anxiety, navigate the aftermath of trauma, and work through the layers of discovering and affirming my identity. As a queer woman and survivor, I understand the courage it takes to move from victim to survivor, the vulnerability of embracing authenticity, and the profound growth that occurs when we face our pain with compassion and strength. These experiences are incredibly human, yet we're rarely given the support and tools we need to heal. I believe you deserve that support, and I'm here to offer it.
My professional journey began as a Crisis Interventionist & Advocate at a rape crisis center in Downtown Los Angeles. This experience deeply inspired me, prompting me to pursue both my master's and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, ultimately becoming an IFS-Certified Clinical Psychologist.
I've spent over a decade building expertise in trauma healing and women's empowerment, working primarily with young women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
I view therapy as a sacred, collaborative process that honors mind, body, and spirit. I firmly believe effective therapy does more than alleviate symptoms; it transforms wounds into sources of strength.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me exploring the outdoors, soaking up inspiration from nature's beauty and resilience, or engaging with my feminist and LGBTQ+ communities through activism and charitable work. I'm energized by powerful and inspiring women, seeing my plants grow, music, and the simple joys of life.
